Identical Twins Have Rainbow Babies On Same Day At Same Hospital

When you really get to know somebody, you begin to understand that people are amazing, regardless of who they are. It just seems as if they have something to offer to the world that is both unique and incredible. Although each of us are unique individuals, there are certain people in society that have a very specific uniqueness to them. I’m talking about identical twins and if you know any twins, you realize that they have a lot to offer in ways that other people don’t.

Twins often follow the same path in life and sometimes, they may follow that path without even realizing they are doing it. There are just too many things that are similar between twins for it to be an amazing coincidence. Take, for example, what happened to Bao Kou Julie Yang and Bao Nhia Julia Yang. They are 23-year-old twin women who had miscarriages before they both conceived another child. Those rainbow babies are special but what is even more special is the fact that each of those twins was having a rainbow baby at the same time.

The sisters gave an interview with People and said they remember the day that they checked into the hospital. They were checking in a week early to have their babies. “We both weren’t expecting this, to say the very least,” Bao Kou said. “I was definitely in shock, but I was happy for the both of us. It’s really a miracle.”

It is very rare to see these types of circumstances surrounding a birth. Both of the girls had lost babies prior to the time they had conceived this time. It was a very emotional time for both of them but they had each other to lean on.

“My sister and I went through miscarriages together and that definitely brought us closer,” Bao Kou said. “Being able to see her, being able to have her be there and keeping me together after our miscarriages was something that was very important to me.”

Even though the situation that they had faced was tragic, they had comfort in knowing that they had each other to talk to. The fact that they had both experienced something so tragic only proved to form an even stronger bond between them.

“We were just feeling a lot of love and care for each other. We’ve gone through a lot,” Bao Kou continued. “We definitely were there for each other and we both reminded each other that no matter what happened, we were always going to have each other.”

Both of them now have beautiful baby girls and we hope that they are as close as the mothers.

“They seem to get along with each other. They fall asleep next to each other fine. They cry at the same time,” Bao Kou said of the babies. “I think that me and Julia will try our best to ensure that our children know what a close bond she and I have. Hopefully they will get to share that as well.”

Not only was the birth special for Bao Kou and Bao Nhia, the hospital felt that it was pretty special as well. They were born at the Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno and a picture of the mother and newborns was shared on the Facebook page. The caption read:

“Yes, you are seeing double! These twins gave birth to baby girls only two hours apart. Welcome to the world Baby Nadalie (purple) and Baby Candra (pink)!”

It’s amazing that these girls are going to have the opportunity to raise their children together.
